马来西亚雪兰莪州大型再生能源电站项目于近日取得里程碑式双突破。8月22日,项目二期工程1#锅炉水压试验一次成功;23日,项目一期工程倒送电工作圆满完成。两大核心节点的顺利实现,为后续的设备调试与并网发电奠定了坚实基础。
The large-scale renewable energy power plant project undertaken by the company recently reached two milestone breakthroughs. On August 22, the Phase II project’s #1 boiler hydrostatic test was successfully completed in one attempt; August 23, the back-energization work for the Phase I project was also successfully completed. The smooth achievement of these two core milestones has laid a solid foundation for subsequent equipment debugging and grid connection.
本次水压试验是对二期1#锅炉制造、焊接、安装质量的一次“大考”。试验过程中,系统压力稳步提升至预设最高压力并保持稳定,所有承压部件、阀门及焊口无一泄漏,管道无变形,试验取得圆满成功。这标志着二期项目全面转入安装阶段。
This hydrostatic test was a "major examination" of the manufacturing, welding, and installation quality of the Phase II #1 boiler. During the test, the system pressure was steadily increased to the preset maximum pressure and maintained stably. All pressure-bearing components, valves, and welds showed no leakage, and no pipeline deformation occurred, marking the complete success of the test. This indicates that the Phase II project has fully transitioned into the installation stage.
紧随其后的倒送电工作是项目由建设阶段转向调试阶段的关键一步。此次操作成功将外部电网电源可靠地接入一期工程的配电系统,意味着电站首次获得了“外部血液”。主变压器受电冲击成功,各项参数正常,电源顺利接入6.6KV配电系统。此后,一期项目厂内的各系统设备将陆续获得电源,逐步开启单体调试和系统调试工作。
The subsequent backfeeding work is a critical step in the project’s transition from the construction phase to the debugging phase. This operation successfully connected the external grid power supply to the Phase I project’s distribution system reliably, meaning the power plant received "external blood" for the first time. The main transformer underwent a successful energization impact, with all parameters normal, and the power supply was smoothly connected to the 6.6KV distribution system. Thereafter, various systems and equipment within the Phase I plant will gradually receive power, and individual and system debugging work will be initiated step by step.
